Sessions are $130.00 and are 60 minutes long.
Payment
I accept cash, check and all major credit cards as forms of payment.
Payment is due at the end of each session.
Insurance
I am in-network with Anthem BCBS, Aetna, Cigna, United Healthcare, and Medicaid (only certain counties).
Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you may be charged for the full rate of the session.
